Sealing material
Rubber products: O-rings, V-rings, X-rings, Y-rings, rubber flat gaskets, flange gaskets, rubber plates, square gaskets, etc
Graphite type: punch tooth composite gasket, winding gasket, edge wrapped gasket
Polytetrafluoroethylene class: flat gasket, V-shaped gasket, piston ring, ball valve gasket
Packing type: graphite packing, PTFE packing
Rubber sealing ring

The main materials for rubber seals include natural rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, polyphenylene sulfide, EPDM rubber, etc. These materials each have their own unique properties and applicability, and need to be customized according to the needs of the medium
Graphite material seal

The flexible graphite sealing ring is processed into a ring-shaped structure by molding the flexible graphite strip or woven filler. have:
1. High temperature and high pressure resistant environment: Long term stable operation at -200~850 ℃, 25MPa.
2. Chemical inertness: It has corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline media (pH 0-14), hydrocarbons, and low-temperature liquids.
3. Self lubrication: reduces sealing surface wear and extends equipment service life
PTFE gasket or Teflon gasket

Flat gaskets, V-shaped gaskets, piston rings, ball valve gaskets, etc. made by mechanical turning or cutting of PTFE rods, tubes, and plates. It has good characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and non-conductive. Teflon sealing materials can have good mechanical strength between pH values of 0-14 and -100 ℃ to 100 ℃
gland packing

1. PTFE packing: with excellent corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient
2. Carbon fiber packing: made of preoxidized acrylic fiber impregnated with tetrafluoro lotion, with thermal conductivity, wear resistance and chemical stability
3. Graphite based packing: woven with low sulfur expanded graphite wire, outstanding high temperature resistance (up to 850 ℃)
4. Fiber composite packing: such as carbon fiber, aramid fiber, acrylic fiber, etc., can be customized with material combinations according to working conditions
