  • Custom Machined / Fabricated Components: Typical lead time is 15 to 20 business days, depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

  • Emergency Orders: Expedited production channels are available upon technical consultation.

3. Export Packaging Standards

To protect high-purity and brittle industrial components (such as graphite, quartz burners, and ceramic components) during long-distance international transit:

  • All goods are wrapped with shock-absorbing foam, vacuum sealed (if required), and packed into sturdy fumigation-free plywood crates adhering to ISPM 15 standards.

  • Palletizing and reinforced strapping are applied for containerized sea transport.

4. Transport Methods & Transit Times

  • Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT): 3–7 business days for urgent small/medium samples or urgent parts.

  • Air Freight: 5–10 business days for time-sensitive medium bulk orders.

  • Sea Freight: 20–45 business days depending on the destination port (Ideal for heavy industrial batches).

5. Customs Clearance & Import Duties

For FOB, CIF, or EXW terms, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, tariffs, and local taxes at the destination country. Benecustcep will provide all necessary shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (CO), and material test certificates.
